daily ride

I leave early for work every morning so that I can be in the office before 8am. In my daily ride from Shah Alam to KL, I would indulge myself with nice sceneries but the most memorable one would be the one below. Its atop the hill on North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) exiting the Duta toll. I snapped this picture last week.

Aaa... nice.

In another outcome, beloved fellow daily rider met with a minor accident at the Duta toll last Friday. Ruslan accidentally climbed a curb and hit a tree on his right side because he entered the bike lane at the Duta toll too fast. He and the bike then fell on its left side. Injuries sustained were sprained right ankle and metatarsal, bruised left knee and right ankle, and a bruised ego (jangan marah ye).

Ruslan's bruises, the macho tree, macho bike and of course the macho man himself.

Ruslan is alright but still limping around now. His bike is in the workshop to repair some broken and bent parts. I think he'll be riding again quite soon.

Get well soon, Ruslan... I can't wait to tail you again at 170km/h on the NKVE on our daily rides home. But you must remember to put on your riding boots everytime you ride and please slow down when you go into the bike lane, ok?
