Swim training in the open sea.

This is my first open water swim as a preparation for the PD triathlon. I swam about 1.2km in the sea in front of Awana Kijal Resort, Terengganu from the resort to the jetty on the right of the resort. The water was beautiful - clear and pristine. We're in Kemaman to do a HR Away Day and site visit to Talisman's Kemaman Supply Base.

Ruslan took this picture of me from atop the jetty. The water was quite deep estimated at about 20 metres but I can see the sea bed since the water was very clear. Could see lots of fishes too - without my spectacles, they looked like ikan selar kuning.

Hopefully I do well next week.
