The kids were treated with a suprise that day when we said were going swimming. Instead of the usual swimming pool, we decided to head to Sungai Chilling for a refreshing picnic. The place was deserted when we arrived that morning, except for several tents with no one to be seen. Eventually they came - students and teachers from Perak who camped the night before who went trekking up to the waterfall, I suppose.
Anyway, the kids had lots of fun... playing the sand mostly because the water was very chilling - hence the name Chilling. Must be some orang-putih who named this river.
