I've discovered from Singapore's STARHUB Customer Service person that my Celcom pre-paid plan can only receive sms and calls but I can't reply to the sms nor make any international calls. I think the same limitations will also apply when I'm in Calgary.
Fyi, I received your sms this morning but can't reply - as said earlier. So, if you need to contact me, you can still sms, e-mail or comment on this blog directly. If it is urgent, call me directly and I will settle the bill later. Try dialing 0193710583, but if not successful try dialing 00 60 19 3710583. If you still fail, please call Celcom Customer Care Line at 03-36308888.
